ClientSini Studio Year2024 ScopeProduct, identity SectorHomeware

The sini is the smallest object in the Ethiopian coffee ceremony and the one nobody had redrawn. We took it as a brief rather than a souvenir.

Six pieces, one clay body, one glaze, and a footprint that stacks in a jebena tray without rattling. The identity was drawn after the object, not before it.

Produced with a workshop in Addis at a run size the studio can repeat every month, and packed in a sleeve that ships flat.

The system

Six pieces, one gesture.

One clay body, one glaze, a stacking footprint, and packaging that ships flat — the whole line is a single decision applied six times.
